My last wedding of 2007 was that of Laura & Sam’s on Dec 22, 07.  They were married on Emory University’s campus at the Cannon Chapel with the reception across the atrium at the Carlos Museum.  As is common in GA, it was chilly but not a cold day.  Laura had a beautiful bouquet from Foxgloves and Ivy, which included flowers from the Christmas Bush which only blooms 3 weeks out of the year.Â

Okay I’m a little late on this post but I wanted to share some of my favorite photos anyway.  I photographed my church’s Mother Daughter Breakfast which was held at the Hilton Atlanta NE (also known as the Castle on the Hill) on Dec 15.  Both the pastor and her daughter spoke about nurturing relationships from their point of view.  Everyone in the audience had to write why they loved their mother or daughter and what was special about her.  It was great to see some of the ladies reaction to what the other wrote.  I encourage you to stop right now and hand write your mom or daughter or both a note about why they are so special.
