Those who know me know that I love to travel and see new places. But I’m not just interested in sight seeing and shopping. I’m interested in being immersed in different cultures and experiences. There are so many places I want to go and so few that I’ve already been, so I’m excited that I’ll be making my first trip to the Caribbean this summer. I won’t be cruising or vacationing in the islands. I’ll be participating in my first mission trip. This summer I will travel with my church on a mission trip to Haiti.

It’s been a few months since the earthquake in Haiti and many other news stories have pushed their story to the back burner, but their need is just as great. Many are still living in tents and hurricane season is quickly approaching. CNN will be airing a documentary on Haitian orphans.

If you’re so inclined, please pray for a safe & successful trip. Also since I’m responsible for raising the entire trip cost of $1200, donations are greatly appreciated.

There are Three ways to donate

Mail a check
1. Write a check payable to Victory World Church. Do NOT include my name or trip on the check.
2. On a separate piece of paper, write Haiti Trip – N’neka Scruggs
3. Mail check to Victory World Church Missions, 5905 Brook Hollow Pkwy Norcross, GA 30071

1. If you don’t already have an account, you’ll need to make one in order to give. This is for IRS purposes.
2. Log in.
3. In the “Choose Ministries” box select Missions
4. Enter the amount you’d like to give.
5. In the “Comments” enter: Haiti Trip – N’neka Scruggs
6. Select Next.
7. Re enter step number 5 in the “Comments” box on the credit card page.
8. Enter your Card or Check information.
9. Select Submit Payment.

Once you submit the payment, you should receive an email receipt of your giving. Keep this for your records.

Paypal donations go to my Paypal account. This method is NOT tax deductible, but is a quick & easy way to donate. Please note that Paypal deducts approximately 3% in fees. All funds (less Paypal fees) will be given to Victory World Church.
